Fees and Insurance

All sessions are 50 minutes.

My service fees

  • Initial intake session and assessment: $175
  • Counseling session: $155
  • Self-pay fees are available upon request and reflect a discount in administrative costs of collecting payment from the insurance company. Please read the following No Surprises Act regarding your right to a Good Faith Estimate of charges if you are self-pay or applying for out-of-network benefits.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you arrive late, there is not a discount for the shortened amount of time for your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and cancellations without 24 hour notice, will be charged a fee. Please note that health insurance policies do not cover this charge and you will be required to pay the amount before your next session is scheduled.

Ways to Pay

I take payment by credit card, debit card, FSA, HSA, check, or cash. I can also provide you with a superbill if you would like to submit a claim on your own for out-of-network benefits. If you are applying for out-of-network benefits, please read the above No Surprises Act regarding your right to a Good Faith Estimate of charges.

I am able to directly bill in-network insurance companies for my services when your condition meets criteria for medical necessity. You are responsible for the out of pocket costs, such as meeting your deductible and co-pays or co-insurance, which depend on your particular insurance coverage. I am an in-network provider with the following insurances (I cannot accept any Medicaid, Medicare, or OHP plans even if you have coverage through one of these in-network insurances).
